App ID and App Token exposure

Is it OK to keep the App ID and App Token hardcoded if I want my application to be opensource? If not, what is the best practice to deal with them? |

I would advise not hard coding them. You should instead instruct people who are going to compile your app to go get their own appid and token. The reason why is that if someone made a bad app using your token, it could cause our servers to block them as well as you. |
