I have recently started having problems syncing with outlook. I am getting the message:
Error during synchronization: There is an error in XML document (0, 0)
Can someone help me?
I am also having a problem. I was syncing with Outlook fine and it won't sync at all. When i try a manual sync it won't go through. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the software, but it recognizes my old account number in the software and still does the same thing after installing. Can anyone help?
What happens when you change the account number using the Account Settings panel in the options page of the sync client then retest the authentication?
