Excessive API usage error while writing code

I am writing a macro for Mind Manager that will add/retrieve/update toodledo tasks. Writing/testing code often involves hitting the API more than once every 10 minutes in order to determine whether or not the code is doing what it is supposed to do. Everytime I do this, I get locked out for an hour. Needless to say, this really slows down development. Is there any way around this?

Yeah, register and use an AppID as specified in the documentation and email me the AppID that you choose. I'll disable rate limiting for you during development.
