MyPocketSoft is proud to announce our new version of TaskAngel for Windows 8. This has been completely redesigned to make best use of the new Windows look and feel. It has the following features:

* Fast and fluid touch interface, scroll and pan
* Still great with keyboard and mouse
* Uses the Microsoft recommended modern design styles
* Landscape or portrait, snapped or full screen
* Sync with Toodledo is fast and silent
* Search using the Search charm
* Print using the Devices charm
* Choose from four beautiful color schemes
* On the Windows start page, the TaskAngel tile picks a task for you to do next
* Tasks pop up toast notifications, when reminders are due
* Reminders filter, shows all tasks that have popped up a reminder
* Multiple task selection using tap and hold
* Use cut and paste to group tasks

TaskAngel for Windows 8 is available now in the Windows Store.

The desktop version of TaskAngel will also continue to be sold, supported and enhanced.

Hello,

We are still developing and supporting the windows 7 version of TaskAngel so you do not have to switch if you do not want to.

Unfortunately there isn't a trial version.

You'll find a lot of users (me for a start) will skip over the app in the store if they have to pay upfront without being able to take it for a test run first (especially if there are apps that do).

I'd suggest full capabilities, but time limited to 1 week.
