Outlook sync works just fine on the default user account. But when I try to use it on the second user account it will not start. I get the first run box, it says verification succeeded, then I get the error message.
I'm running Windows XP, SP3 with Outlook 2007 on an administrative account. I realize too that part of the problem is just how bad windows is at managing different user accounts, IMHO. Outlook, for example will never remember my password. My point being, this is probably more of a Windows problem than a problem with the app, but any help would be appreciated.
Can you post a screen shot or the text of the error message? There could be a number of reasons for this, and I agree that they are mostly windows related ;)
The application should support multiple users in theory, however.
