When I run ToodledoSync (version 18.104.22.168), I systematically get the following error after a while:
SyncApp.exe Information: 0 :
StateCreatedOnOutlook():Maximum Toodledo updates
exceeded for this cycle. Skipping
Is it a limitation due to the fact that I don't (yet?) have a Pro account ?
For info, I have around 600 tasks in Outlook, among which 200 are active (the others are completed). I have tried with and without the option "Ignore Existing Completed Records", with the same results.

I'm not sure, but I don't think it has anything to do with having a Pro account. It may be that the sync tool is running into Toodledo's API call limit. If so, it should be able to continue after a while. I'm not sure if that is it though, and you may want to get a trace log, and email it to the developer at Chromatic Dragon.
I solved this problem by :
- deleting all my toodledo items (after having made a backup of the Outlook items).
- doing a "reset synchronization database".
- waiting for 10-15 synchronization cycles.
