There was a tremendous backlash and the move turned out to be one of the all time corporate blunders. They tried to market it as New Coke vs. Classic Coke, but eventually New Coke disappeared. I am glad "Classic Toodledo" is back, I did not like the "New Toodledo". Allan

I wish there was a shorter period, say 2 weeks or even 1 week. I want future tasks to be hidden, I don’t want to use the Status field or due dates, I want these tasks 2 weeks out to be hidden and then automatically show as time progresses. Allan

I know the day you enter a task is shown, but is there a more automated way to track # of days to complete a task. Some kind of report if possible.

I am a home builder and we use an industry leading project management software that costs us $3,000 a year. We've been using Toodledo to manage daily tasks and it is more effective than the software costing 100 times more.

Each of use will enter to-do items on Toodledo and the other 3 need to be able to see what was entered on their iPhone. Is this possible? Can we all share the same email/log-in address to do this?
