I have 10 folders (such as "work") with multiple tasks in each folder (such as "write report". I am using the sort "folders" feature. However, by default when I start Toodledo, I want my folders listed alphabetically and the tasks within each folder I want listed with highest priority at the top. Even with the trial pro subscription it is not apparent how to do this. THX
On the ipod touch I have a "places to go" item under a "travel" list I want to be able to click on "places to go" and see the notes ONLY where I have listed all the places. As it is now I have to scroll down to the notes field and click on it for each of my items when browsing.
Is there a way to not show the other stuff? I love that stuff but I want it to be behind the scenes.
