From Topic: Routine Tasks

I'm somewhere in between having it second nature and being reminded. Right now I am in the process of figuring out what I need on my schedule and what bogs me down as too much info and needs to be removed.

Regular laundry used to be on it but I don't really need to be reminded so I took it off and am much happier. But I do have things like cleaning specific things like the sheets and towels on there and that helps a lot.

Is there any way to schedule something every other week? For example we have an appointment every other Monday and I can't seem to get it to follow that schedule. Right now I have it every Monday and delete the days it isn't on.

From Topic: Goals and GTD?

Anybody here using Toodledo for GTD use the goals feature?

I set it up early on because it seemed like a great long term tool. But now it is just one more blank to fill in and I have let it slide. I think it could totally work with GTD if done right, but I don't know what that way is. I'm still figuring out the perfect setup for me.

What do you do?

From Topic: Who are you?

Hi! I'm a lurker.

Name and place: Marissa - Live in Boston, MA

What I do: I'm a WAHM with a two year old and an art business. I was totally overwhelmed by chaos before finding GTD and Toodledo and a month in and I'm loving it! I noticed an improvement the first week. My only regret is not reading GTD when I heard of it a year ago.

Where can you find me?
Everywhere! With an online business I have to be all over and that takes some discipline that I had before becoming a parent and am getting back.
