I regularly email in tasks that end up in No Folder, but I then want to organize them as sub-tasks under tasks that I use to track projects, that exist in a folder called Projects.
What is the best way to do this without having to go show All Tasks and sort through the pile? |

Can someone explain in more detail why the GTD'ers seem to be ignoring the Status field and using Folders instead?
