Thank you for the update. I am a long long Toodledo customer, and I am sticking by as well.
I have tried so many, and tired of trying. Toodledo isn't perfect but I know it like the back of my hand. Thanks, wishing for the best. |

I have been Gold forever, but let it lapse September 12. So I was moved to free.
I will verify, I bought lifetime and was able to apply it to my many year old account. But I was expired Gold on and on free plan. It was a bit convoluted, but eventually worked. Fingers Crossed, happy I waited. This message was edited Oct 08, 2019. |

I have been a Gold member for years and years.
I expire in a few days, I have moved to Toodest, but it lacks a certain key features. I am in such a conundrum as to what to do, plus the big price jump, for what I am not sure. |

I cannot live without emailing tasks. That is the one function that I use more than anything.
Its going to cost me a whole lot more just for that one function. |

Jake, also thank you for creating and supporting this wonderful product. I have been a Gold paying member for may years, and it is because although Toodledo is not perfect for everyone. It does a great job for me. There have been so many other productivity tools that have come and gone, but this has stayed strong. Thank you and best of luck to you.
Thanks, Chris |

Wow, I am Gold and have been for years. My support ticket gets answered by someone who totally didn't read my support request, or doesn't have the level on knowledge to answer it. So I get a blown off answer, that does not even address my question and with s reply that it doesn't address my issue, the ticket gets closed., even when I respond that my issue was not addressed. I am surprised.

I am not sure what happened, I use Toodleto on my PC, MAC, iPhone, iPad.
Yesteday, I got a load of old emails loaded into my tasks. But, they have a different format than normal so I am not sure what happened: They all are formatted like this: "From [email protected] : — December 05, 2017 at 07:58PM" From [email protected] : Re: K. Waxxxol, Annual IEP, Saxxxxe Xxk — September 26, 2017 at 09:39PM I have not sent an email task in a few weeks as I am off work currently so I am not sure what caused this issue. I want to say most all of the ones that showed up, have already been crossed off and never appeared formatted the ways these are. They are obviously my emails, but I find this very puzzling. Thanks for any ideas. |

No, I need tags to disappear if there are no tasks applied to it. I wear too many hats in my jobs, I want current tags to appear and click, when I am done with that project, Shazam, gone.I don’t mind it disappearing tags is an option. But as a 8 year Toodledo Gold member I need tags to disappear.

I am not sure if I understand your question but, if you are trying to email a task into toodledo. The subject is the Task Title and the body of the email goes into notes. I do this all the time.

I am a many year Toodledo, but have not checked the forum lately.
I am trying this out and will donate if I keep it. I love it on my first day. One odd thing. On My Mac in Chrome My Icon Badge Counter Completely covers my icon. Sadly my count is currently a three digit number. |

Hi, I have been using Toodledo for 7 years.
Although I have always liked it, I have strayed to many other systems only to come back to Toodledoo. I am a Mac/iphone/ipad user but at work we are all PC's (except me) so I do use that interface from time to time. My job is unusal in that I am a Teacher / Techonlogy Coordinator / Career Specialist so I wear many hats. I am very busy. Toodle do is fantastic for me keeping track of my to do's. The biggest reason of liking Toodledo is the email feature. I like going through my email and send what I need to do, or look at later through Toodledo. I really don't want to have to go back into Outlook to refer to mail from vendors or advertisers just so I can read the content portion of the mail. Notes does not handle html that many of my emails are written in. Is currently a way for me to do this? Or I would like to send it as a request for a future feature. Thank you in advance Chris |

Welcome Bridgette, I am a several year user who does not come on comment on this forum often. But the one thing I want is a prettier UI. I have tried a myriad of other apps, and I ask myself why and mainly is the boring, static UI. Thanks!
I use Toodledo on serveral devices: Mac, ipad, iphone and PC . It must retain it's versatility. I wish all functions were avaible on all devices. |

Looks interesting to me also, but documentation is lacking.
Upon sign up I was offered importing of Toodledo tasks, which I declined, but later wanted to try, it seems like it is no longer an option |

I hav todist too, I used it for two weeks and I am back.
So much control in TD, I need that. |

I am onboard. I am not sure what kind of a user i am other than an intermittent one, which does not help. I am going to digest what you have written. I hav used Toodledo user for many years, stray off to other new things and always come back. I have been considering ynab for a while so maybe I will take the plunge. My sticking post seems to be twofold. One is that I send everything that is in my head to Toodledo, but I am not reviewing regularly, I need the routine. 2nd is that I tend to focus on all the short ones for the satisfaction of many check marks.
Thanks for you post. |

I am classic ADD adult and all my life I have struggled with tasks and dates. I have tried tasks via Palm OS, Nozbe, remember the milk, Vitalist, Central Desktop...
I have been with Toodledo for over a year now, and as much as I wish the interface were prettier and that projects were handled better, for what I need I have to run Gmail, Outlook and Toodledo separately. It has helped me tremendously. My devotion to Toodledo is the email function. I have a pro account. And when I have an email that I can't respond to immediately (I have many) I forward it to toodledo. You get all attachments, you get all the email and it is placed in toodledo automatically. ------ To: CJ From: Knucklehead Subject: Presentation tomorrow Hey CJ, I have a presentation tmw in the conference room. I need a Laptop and a the right cable thingys, and the projector and wireless keyboard and mouse. Presentation is at 10am. I attached a pdf of the room layout. Thanks, Knucklehead -------- To: Toodledo From: CJ Subject: Knucklehead Presentation tomorrow * *tech #tomorrow $next ^9am !! (*=Star, *tech= Tech folder, #tomorrow obvious but notice you don't have to remember the date. Status=next action (don't have to put the full status) Starts 9a and is !! High priority (notice I add Knucklehead's name to the subject for clarification in Toodledo. ------------- Honestly for me it can't get easier to enter tasks (other than Jott which I use while I am driving). I don't have to pick up the mouse, I quickly learned the syntax. An honestly sometimes I have two phones ringing and a video phone. Sometimes I just forward the mail with an asterick to put it in the star list where I can triage it later. Or you can default into an in box. So from Toodledo, the email has multiple ways I can get it and prioritize it and I have an archive forever. Also it has attachments. -- I have an iphone which I don't use as a phone (dont' care for it) but it has a great toodle interface. I use a Palm Pre and someone is developing an app. But the web interface is fantastic. |

I use a Fujitsu Scansnap S1500 to make everything 8 1/2 x 11 or smaller into a pdf and attach to Toodledo. Then you always have reference to them. The file attachment function, the email directly into folders, dates... is what keeps me at Toodledo.
