I have not been able to sync my iphone app in 12 hours. It shows the progress bar, 'downloads tasks', but then there are no changes either on the phone or on the web version.

Any suggestions?

maybe a basic question, but I previously purchased the iphone app and now want to upgrade to latest version. can i do this without paying for it? when I got to the app store, i only see a way to buy a new app.
