I have created the .csv file and clicked on 'Upload' but now it is hanging saying 'Connecting...'. I am not getting any error messages or further information. My internet is not down & other websites are working fine. The only thing I can think of is that the file size is too big but I am not getting an error message to this effect. I don't know how to split the .csv file to make it smaller. Can anyone help with any suggestions on either the initial error or how to make the file size smaller? Thanks.

I'll be moving to TD after months of worrying about which way to go... first world problem for sure but a much-improved mobile app for android users + offline capability is really appreciated. I am allergic to 3rd party apps due to inevitable synching issues.

Hi there everyone,
