Here's my issue. I put a due date on a task for today but I do not get to complete it. So the next day it falls into my overdue tasks. I then have to manually reschedule all of them - and being optimistic I set them for today. And so on. Is there a way I can set tasks to automatically roll forward once they are overdue? Recurring doesn't work because it appears that only works on completed tasks. Any other ideas? Use due date ONLY if it MUST be done today. Consider using star for task you intend to do today (leaving due date empty). This message was edited Mar 20, 2018. |

The iOS app does not have keyboard shortcuts, but our website does, which works on the iPad. Actually, using Safari on iPadPro with Apple SmartKeyboard only some shortcuts seem to work, e.g.: R, O, V, F Others do not work, e.g.: Q, arrows up and down. Could this be fixed? Everything helps :) But I cannot promise any delivery date for a feature like this. Upgraded. Paid. Hoping. |

Hi Jake, woud it help, if I upgrade to Gold? :-)

No ideas. I'll have to investigate. Jake, did you have time to look at this? ;-) |

No, this is not the problem.

Jake, I have just tried it using Apple SmartKeyboard and it does not work. Could you have a look at it? Thanks.

Hi,
What are the keyboard shortcuts in iOS App on iPadPro using SmartKeyboard? Thanks |
PetrV |
It looks to have so low prio that it actually never comes :-)
As a workaround, I am using alphabetical sorting as the 3rd option, and for the top tasks I am modifying task names to have prefix "10 ..., 20..., 25..., etc." to resort manually. Any other ideas? This message was edited Aug 23, 2017. |

You can already make the new layout permanent. This is an option in your account settings. Where exactly? |

We are going to have "e" go to a new search as it does now and "v" go to your previously saved searches. We have this working in our development server, so it shouldn't be too long before it makes it onto the live site. Thanks! Please let us know when available! |

I see. We need two keyboard shortcuts. One for new advanced search, and another for the previously saved searches. Yes, thanks! Saved search is a powerful feature, needs to be accessed quickly. |

The 'e' shortcut should still work to take you to the saved search section. For keyboard shortcuts to work, the Tasks section needs to have the the focus of the keyboard, so you may have to click on the page before they will work. No, what actually happens is, that I always land at new search, NOT the saved search. Am I missing something? This message was edited Apr 25, 2017. |

Is there a keyboard shortcut for Saved Searches in the new interface?
In the old interface 'e' worked, i.e., when saved search was used before, 'e' jumped to this saved search again. |

Posted by tomcal: Since a major benefit of the smart feature is to be able to keep your hands on the keyboard, is there a way to get to the quick add box without having to reach for the mouse? The keyboard shortcut for quick add is "Q". Enjoy! Would you add this information into list of shortcuts? :-) |
