I just hired a new Executive Asssistant and use ToodleDo daily to give her assignments, tasks and various projects. We keep each other abreast and update of what needs to be done and what has been completed. I have even created private folders for my own personal things to do. ToodleDo also synchronizes great with both our smart phones. Thank you for such an easy FREE program to use!
