Hello;

I have been using Todo by Appigo with Toodledo. I also have Toodledo for my Ipod. I am currently trying the Pro subscription on Toodledo.

I am wondering if I am understanding the sub-tasks correctly or if there is an easier way to manage them.

On the Ipod in Toodledo I do the following to access or create a sub task:
1: Click Folders on main screen
2: Click Name of Folder (Example: Shopping)
3: Click Name of Task I want (Example: Walmart)
4: Now at the bottom of the Screen, Click Sub tasts
5: Now I can access or create the sub tasks.

This seems like a very lengthy process to access and create sub tasks.

Currently, the way I am primarily using Toodledo is a lot of my folders are setup as what should be sub folders (sub tasks) and it is a very long list. For example: My folder list looks like: Walmart, Sams Club, Kitchen Remodel Project, to do some day, etc.

Is there any easier way to access the sub tasks or a easier way to setup my lists?

I don't care if I have to pay for it, or even if it is expensive, I just want it to be easy to use and convenient.

Thanks very much,
Jamie

Yes the iPhone app named "Toodledo" is made by us and works with our website "Toodledo.com".

There are several other iPhone apps that work with our website, but which are made by other companies. "Todo" by Appigo is one of these other apps that works with Toodledo. Each app has it's own strengths and weaknesses. Many people prefer Todo over Toodledo, but Toodledo support subtasks, stars and other things that Todo doesn't.

Hope that helps.

Yes, thank you. I heard from appigo and they said they plan to support sub tasks with your site in the future with there app. I will buy your app also so I can try it out, I thing I need sub tasks with my organization system or it is going to be too many folders to manage.
Thanks
Jamie

The ToDo app by Appigo does not support subtasks.
You need the Toodledo iPod/iPhone app.

The Appigo information led me to believe that that they were the same people that ran this web site. Now I suspect that is not the case. The people at Appgio should exercise more care in how they use your name and web site if they are not really part of your company and there software isn't compatible with all your web site features.

I really like this web site, and wanted to support it and get more features, that is why I spent $10 on what I thought was software your company developed to go with it.

So should I have really bought the $3.99 software called Toodledo for full compatibility with your web site system? Is Toodledo software developed by your company?

Does your Toodledo program do eveything the Appigo app does? (and more?)

Thanks very much;
Jamie

If I have a pro account and create sub tasks, will these show up properly on the ToDo app I purchased on my I pod? Thanks Jamie
