I'd look at switching to tags as well since each item can have many tags.

Create a folder called Bids and then tag it Smith and PatioGuy.

I live in tags as much, if not more than, folders. I have each one of my direct reports as Tags (Mike, Jason, etc.) plus various projects as tags. If I am working on a project, I jump into the tag for that project. If I am having a one-on-one meeting with a direct report, I will have his/her tag open.

I'm looking for one too. Android based smart watches are starting to take off. Got a Huawei watch for christmas. [

I'm glad you are enjoying your Christmas present, but just because you got one recently doesn't mean they are "taking off".
In fact, it's the opposite
. I'm very glad to hear they are not wasting their time on this. After two years, this thread has just one page of replies (not including Jake). Very few people care.

Great choice!

Over the years I have tried every single Android app for Toodledo and have finally settled on and been happy with MyToodle (now just Toodledo).

My biggest gripe with the app was the advertisements but I understood that Phuah wasn't able to provide a paid version because he is in a country where Google Play doesn't support paid apps. I'm glad to see them gone and I hope that Toodledo can find a developer and continue to improve the great start that Phuah has provided.

I have read Michael's book and I'm a fan of his MYN system. But, $300 for Toodledo video training? Really? Come on. I bet Mike would sell more than 16x more units at $19 (do the math). I'll stick with the $9 Kindle version of the book.

It looks like Evernote is a popular request and up until a few months ago I would have said that too. But, after being a huge Evernote fan since they started, I migrated away from Evernote to OneNote 2010 which is a far superior product if you are a Windows user.

So, my request is now OneNote 2010 integration!

@ArZka this thread was started two years ago about a product called TooDo that is no longer being supported. Take a look at Got To Do in the Market. It should work great on your phone!

@Captain_Obvious - nope. Work is different from home. And, my laptop is brand new. I haven't had a chance to replace the horrible McAfee software that I uninstalled the first day so it's running naked right now.

In hopes that more information will help, I can now get in with FireFox through the main page (folders.php) on all three of my machines. However, the first time it loads folders.php it will completely freeze Firefox for 45-90 seconds. The freeze appears to be happening just before it loads the thumbnail images such as the stars, hands, notes, etc. If I sit back and wait for it to recover, Firefox does recover and I can work for the rest of the session in toodledo. folders.php will load fine after the first time.

I'm a Pro Subscriber, but the secure site just redirects me to http and then it freezes up again.

EDIT: Actually, it did freeze this time but after about 90 seconds it came back and is now working. The only error in my error console is the following:

$A is not defined.

I am now at work and the problem also occurs here. Basically the same setup. Windows 7 64 bit, FF 3.6.8. That's all four of my machines! Here are the errors that happen prior to the lockup.

FWIW, up until now, I had only tried to access toodledo on my Win7 64 bit laptop, but I just tried it on my desktop and my girlfriend's laptop and had the exact same problem on all three machines. They are all Win7 64bit and all using FF 3.6.8. And, the workaround I described above (access a page other than folder.php first) works on all three.

@Andrew, I downloaded Extension List Dumper to do it.

@Toodledo: Here is some more information about the problem. It ONLY happens for me when the FIRST page that I try to access is
http://www.toodledo.com/views/folder.php. If I go directly to a different page such as /views/search.php FIRST then it lets me in just fine (assuming I am already signed in). Then I can even get to folders.php just fine without having FF hang. But if the first page I hit is folder.php it will hang FF 100% of the time. Weird.

Firefox 3.6.8 also freezes up immediately upon logging in to toodledo. It's not just the toodledo tab, but the whole browser. You have to End Task and re-start to make it usable again. I'm using IE to access Toodledo now.

Application: Firefox 3.6.8 (20100722155716)

Why don't you allow the "Date Added" column in Account Settings? You can sort by Date Added and then we have a Date Added column, but I don't necessarily want to sort by it - just have it displayed.

While using IE 8 (the production version, not beta) if you try to click on a tag of an existing item to edit the tag, IE giving an error and won't let you edit. I can edit/change the folder or the context, but not tags. I know, I know. Get FireFox. But, I switch back and forth all day because some stuff on our intranet only works in IE. :(

Here are the error details:

1. A native application for Android.
PLEASE! I purchased an Apple iPod Touch JUST for Evernote and Toodledo. Evernote has promised they are working on an Android version. I would love to stop carrying two devices.

Can you guess #2?

2. Evernote.

Is there anyway to create a clickable link in the Task Name. I have a number of tasks that require going to a specific URL but I haven't found a way to make them links if they are in the task name. I've tried with both FF and IE and tried with and without HTML tags. Not possible? Or, am I missing something?
