Maybe we're coming about this wrong. Rather than pushing for Anant G to actually support this, maybe the thing to do is start advocating for investors to buy it. A product with a solid subscriber base is a good investment and the fact that the subscriber base is dwindling may make the price appealing to venture capitalists. I don't have a huge follower base, but I tweeted out the idea: https://twitter.com/ba66e77/status/1368211355464069120. Would love to see others take up the call. Maybe we can find someone who will keep this alive for us. Who would want to buy an obsolete platform without modern mobile apps? |

I just renewed my subscription with an annual payment, and it created a duplicate account. The payment was processed, but when I log in it still tells me my subscription has expired. I opened a ticket but they say the queue is over 500 and the wait time is 37 biz days. Has anyone else experienced this? Talk with your bank for a refund Toodledo is dead. |

I'm with bandit or whoever said it last - we need someone with good intentions and deep pockets to come in, purchase Toodledo from Pink Java Media, and turn this big great ship around before it sinks. There is nothing better than Toodledo, and its user base is positive, productive, intelligent and loyal to the product. It would be a damn shame to sunset Toodledo. Toodledo is dead, accept it Nobody with a functional brain would put money in a tool like this with a code base from years, with no modern moible apps. |

My Gold Subscription died on 21 November and reverted to the Basic plan. I've lost access to Reminders and Attachments. With the free plan I am not able to post a ticket so I posted my issue in the forum, also wrote to [email protected] and [email protected] and still have not yet had a reply. Please can you help Anant G to restore my account? I would look to another platform |

By the way I submitted a ticket to the Toodledo support team on September 25,2020 to get a solution to this issue. I got the message "There are currently 243 tickets in the queue. Approximate wait time for new tickets is <2 business days." I have not received any answer from Toodledo after more than 1 month... I think that Toodledo is a good product (the best product to meet my needs) but Toodledo support could be improved... Toodledo is dead |
