I would like to set up several tasks that should send a reminder e.g. every week, for the next year.
These tasks are just some things to think about, but not actually "things to be done". Therefore, I would like to not have them in the hotlist to keep the hotlist only with important tasks. But since I want to have reminders weekly, I have to set the due date of these tasks so that they expire weekly, and therefore they will always be in the hotlist. Is there anything like "keep this task out of the hotlist no matter what" ? Thanks for any help, Holger |
