If you have private folders, contexts or goals, they will now be visually marked with a ♦ symbol. This will make it easier to know which tasks are visible to your collaborators and which ones are not.

We have also relaxed the naming rules. You can now use single and double quotes in your folder, context, goal and location names.

In our Tools section we have long had a tool to allow you to send an email to Toodledo and have it automatically added to your to-do list. We have just made three improvements to this tool.

1) If you prefer the European date format (D/M/Y) for dates, you can now send dates in this format to Toodledo through email and it will interpret it correctly.

2) If you place -end- in the body of your email, anything after this will be clipped out and not attached to the task's note. This is useful to prevent your email signature from becoming part of every note.

3) If the subject is blank, the first line of the body of the email will be used instead for the task's title and attributes. This is useful for SMS or other programs that send emails without subjects.
We have added an "Alarm Activity" page to your account settings area. It is a simple page that shows you the last 50 alarms that were sent on your account, and the next 50 alarms that are scheduled to go out.

The Statistics page in the Tools section has long been one of Toodledo's unique features, but it hasn't been updated in many years. Today we are releasing a totally revamped statistics section with many more capabilities that before.

In addition to the pie chart and line graph that we had before, we have added one new type of graph (the bubble chart) and we have added two speciality charts ("Task age" and "Completion Time"). You can now pick any of the fields that you are using to create a graph, and you can filter the data that is charted. Each graph is interactive and requires no browser plugins.

The new "Bubble Chart" is a powerful graph that allows you to pick any two fields and see how many tasks are in each intersection. For example, pick folder and priority and you can quickly see which folders are the most important.
