Promote subtask to regular task level

I accidentally made a task a subtask, and now can't remove it from under the task, so I have to delete it and re-create it. I'd like to be able to drag and drop it out from under the parent task and just make it a regular task again.

Just click and hold on the drag arrow and move it left until it changes color and you are under the parent level checkbox. Release.
