Is it possible to have one user view and monitor activity of several users?
Meaning, I'd like to have an admin type of account, where I can log in and see the activity of multiple users. I'd also like to be able to decide if a user could collaborate with other users (on a read only or edit option, on a user by user basis) but also be able to have the admin account that could see everything (of all associated users) and edit things if needed, etc.
Can you tell me if this is possible with Toodledo? Or do I need something more robust? If so, what might you recommend.

Toodledo does not have an admin type of account.
Users can share some or all their tasks with one or several users, but there's no user who has control over what the other users share.
