Is there any way to repeat task in specific date?
e.g.) every 2nd Monday of January
Looks like "repeat yearly" option doesn't care about day of the week.

You can specify "2nd Monday" of each month.
You can specify every year on a specific day of a month, e.g. every January 2.
You can't specify every year on the 2nd Monday of January.
