Click this to show/hide all notes. This is a common point of confusion and we will be making this better in an update coming tomorrow.

Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Sep 21, 2015 in: Multiple reminders Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Sep 21, 2015 Score: 0 Over the weekend there was a major outage at "Amazon Web Services" which affected a large portion of the internet, including Netflix, Reddit and others. Toodledo uses AWS for sending email alarms, and so our email alarms were affected (the rest of our website remained unaffected). During this 5 hour window, whenever Toodledo tried to send an email, it would return with an error. Toodledo assumed that the email was not sent and tried again 15 minutes later. Unbeknownst to us, the email was actually being accepted by AWS but delayed internally, so when the service recovered it delivered a bunch of duplicate email reminders for tasks. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused. It all happened very early in the morning on Sunday while we were out of the office so we didn't have a chance to intervene and improve the situation before it had already happened.

Thanks for reminding us about this. The headings in the task section will stick at the top automatically if the page is tall enough. If you have the browser window sized to be too short (700 pixels or less), then there isn't enough room for the magic scrolling thing to work, so we scroll the entire page instead.

This is a complex feature that we plan to add in the future. For now, what you can do is share individual tasks which will appear in both of your lists in the app. If you want, you can create subtasks of the share tasks and those subtasks will be shared automatically.

If you want to modify your bookmarklet right now to fix this, you can edit the address and scroll to near the end where you will see "height=328" and change this to "height=348" and then save the changes.

We have not changed the font size of the Notes section, so I think you may have accidentally set your browser to have a smaller font size.

We just now allow the sidebar to be collapsed if you wish. It sounds like you collapsed it by accident. Look in the blue ribbon on the left side of the page and look at the top for the button that looks like an arrow pointing right. Click this and the sidebar will expand again and you will see the 2 columns like you are accustomed to.
