Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Jun 12, 2015 Score: 0 For technical reasons, it isnt always possible for us to send an alarm exactly at 13:00. This is because it can take a few minutes for the emails to be sent or your phone to receive our message to present an alert. We can't predict how long it will take, it varies. So alarms always come +/- 1-2 minutes from their scheduled time. For this reason we didn't want to give an option of "0" minutes because it may give a false expectation. This is why we say "~1" which is essentially saying the alarm is at 0 minutes, but there is some transit time. I recommend setting your task to 13:00 with the ~1 alarm and expect the alarm to arrive between 12:59 and 13:01.

So if you are in the "folder view" the sort will all be the same. There is an option in your account settings to make this a per-list preference. You can turn this on if you want.

A "smaller list" would be a few hundred items. On newer phones it shouldn't be a problem, but the 4s is quite old in technological terms so its going to be slower.

If you had this setup, it was through a 3rd party app. Maybe that app has stopped working. If you can remember which app you used, you can contact the company that makes that app to ask why it stopped working, or you can look in our "Tools" section under "3rd party apps" to download a new one and set it up again.

How many tasks do you have? What iOS device are you running on?
