They happen right in your browser. So, it sounds like maybe you have a plugin or some other software that is causing the page to load slowly. Have you noticed other websites behaving poorly as well? If you use a different web browser, do you get different results?

You would need to use an XML export/import instead, but this cannot be opened in Excel so is more difficult to edit.

You could try exporting your tasks as a CSV file and then opening it in a spreadsheet program and deleting everything except that one folder. Then you can import that CSV file any time you want to recreate the folder as a copy.

Look in the blue toolbar above your list for the "Sort" section. Click there to see the option to sort by completion date.

It can sometimes malfunction and add a task multiple times. Please contact the company that makes this for advice on how to prevent it from happening.

If a note/task is edited in both places and then a sync happens, it is not predictable which version will win. We plan to make this more robust in a future update.

Set the start-date and due-date to be saturday. Then set it to repeat "every weekend" with the "optional on" option. These tasks should automatically appear on your hotlist on saturday and sunday and should disappear M-F.

The fact that is "disappears" for several days makes me think that a filter is hiding the task. Maybe because it has a start-date in the future? Please check your filters.
