Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Mar 23, 2015 in: Recent intermittent problems saving changes Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Mar 23, 2015 Score: 0 Over the last few months we've been getting occasional reports that sometimes a list won't load the first time, or sometimes when you try to edit something it will give an error that the website was unable to save your changes. We've been trying to figure this issue out since it was first reported. Its been a very difficult thing to debug because we cannot reproduce it reliably and because there is no evidence of the bug when it occurs. We've made a number of improvements to Toodledo with the hopes of solving this bug, but nothing has worked yet. However, we think that we may have finally figured it out. We believe now that it is a faulty piece of networking equipment. We are taking steps to replace this equipment in the next week and will be re-routing some of our traffic around this faulty equipment starting today. This will require a small maintenance window during which Toodledo will be unavailable, but it will be worth it. So, for those of you who have been experiencing this issue and are annoyed by it, please be patient a little longer. This has been a very difficult problem, but we are working hard to solve this intermittent issue.

We have corrected the issue on the server and will also update the Android app to be more resilient when it receives these types of errors. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The "Delete all tasks" option is meant as a last resort when dealing with something crazy that happened with an app that synced badly. The idea is that you would delete everything from the website and then ask your app to sync so that it would put it back, hopefully correctly. If you are really trying to delete everything from everywhere you would need to use the "delete all tasks" option on the website and in each app that you use.

For your security, we do not store your billing information. When you wish to renew your subscription, you can make a purchase using your new information. We never auto-resubscribe people. We'll send you an email reminder when your subscription is about to expire and you can also check your expiration date by looking in your account settings. You can renew at any time and it will just extend your subscription by an additional year.

All it does is set the sort,fields and filters a certain way, which you can change whenever you want. You can view the changes that were made by looking here: http://www.toodledo.com/systems.php Then you can just undo or change the things you don't want anymore.

You may want to look at "Joint tasks". This is is a way to create a task and then share it with someone so that it appears on each person's todo list. You could then use the "tag" or some other attribute to indicate that the task is assigned to them and that you are just observing it.

What you are looking for is a "repeat on the last day of the month" option, which we don't currently have, but is on our to-do list. Two options for you. 1) Repeat on the 28th of each month 2) Repeat on the 1st of each month with a start-date or alarm 1 day in advance.

To answer your question, we do not have sample accounts that you can sign into, but we do have a 2 week free trial so you can setup your own accounts and use the trial to setup collaboration between all of them if you want to try it out.

If you are using our app, then the answer is not yet, but we are working on this. Some 3rd party apps may support it. If you use this website from your mobile device then it will work exactly like it does on this website.
