Can you please tell us what your timezone is? Can you please try clicking "Tasks" in the upper left corner. Then tap "Settings" and then "Storage" and then "Reset Browser". That may help.

We are working hard to add functionality to all parts of Toodledo, including notes, lists and outlines. I am sorry that we are unable to add functionality faster, but we are a small team and we are working as hard as we can. You can use Toodledo's search to find the Note that you want and then you can use the browser's search to find the keyword inside that note. So, its possible to do what you want, it just takes a few extra keystrokes. We plan to overhaul the notes section soon, and this will likely be an included feature.

Each time you want to view the file you must download it to your computer and then view it there. Toodledo does not have an online viewer yet. If there is a file that you are viewing frequently, it is probably better to just keep it on your computer and access it there to avoid cluttering up your downloads folder.

You can delete the original file if you want. Whenever you want to view the file, you download it to your computer and open it. When you are done viewing it, you can delete it. Toodledo will keep it's copy. If you only use 1 computer, then this may not be a big improvement for you, but if you use multiple computers or collaborate with other people, it can be very convenient for Toodledo to store the file and allow you to download it to any computer you or a collaborator happen to be on.

If it isn't, Toodledo doesn't know when it is tomorrow for you and may delay the repetition of optional tasks by up to 24 hours.

If you click the "show" button in the toolbar and switch to viewing subtasks "inline" then you will see each subtask in the proper folder.

You would need to copy and paste the outline items that you want turned into tasks into the tasks section. An alternative is to attach that outline to a task and then just use the outline to manage those project tasks.

See if you can set your phone to sync its time with network time.
