The 1 ticket per day limit is there to control spam coming in through our ticketing system and also to discourage people from making 10 similar tickets for the same thing and swamping our ticketing system (yes this did happen quite frequently) And to set the record straight, we are interested in hearing your feedback so that we can improve the site and fix issues.

In only occurs if you have "multi-line titles" turned on and then rotate your devices to a different orientation. We will be fixing this as soon as we can. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please refresh the page and try again. It was a problem with the latest version of Chrome. All other browsers would work, but we found a way to work around the issue.

Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Jan 21, 2014 in: Chrome bugs Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Jan 21, 2014 Score: 0 We have identified some issues with the latest version of Chrome. It seems that the latest version of Chrome (Version 32.0.1700.77) has changed how certain things behave which can cause some issues with Toodledo. 1) Drag and drop to create subtasks will not work correctly if the window is scrolled vertically 2) Drag and drop to manually order folders will not work correctly if the window is scrolled vertically 3) Drag and drop to reorder task columns will not work correctly if the window is scrolled horizontally. Previous versions of Chrome, and all other browsers behave correctly. We are currently investigating the issue and will get a fix in place as quickly as we can. In the meantime, if these are important functions for you, please try to avoid installing the Chrome update for a few days. This message was edited Jan 21, 2014.

This is a flaw in our program that we plan to fix.

I am starting to wonder if the last auto-update of Chrome has some bugs. My version of Chrome seems to be working fine so far. Here are a few things to try: 1) Disable all plugins 2) Clear your browser's cache 3) Sign out and sign back in again. You can also check if any errors are being reported in your browser. You can always put multiple questions/requests into one ticket.

Click this and you can unblock the app from there. You must have blocked it by accident.

If you had a task set to repeat from the completion date, and you happened to check it off late at night or early in the morning when your day was a different day than Toodledo's day, then it is possible that the task was rescheduled off by 1 day.

We've been making some behind the scenes changes to how repeating works so that in the future we can support more enhanced repeating options, but we introduced a bug where tasks that repeat from the completion date are not taking the timezone into account in all situations. I am very sorry for this issue and will get it resolved quickly.
