Great Job - much easier to use. Agree with comments on color, but it sounds like this is coming.
Given that this is in Ajax, another great option would be allow the user to drag and drop into a new area to change the assignment (especially useful with the choices down the left. It could apply to any of the choices, but here are some examples. You could: - Drag and drop to change status from "active" to "next" - Drag and drop to change the due date (drop into new date on calendar) - Drag and drop between categories - Drag and drop to change/add new tags Should have a lot of new, highly improved functionality and new usability using AJAX. Another option would be to have a button to do a multi-edit. You could then choose multiple tasks at once and then drag all of them to make a change (see above for examples) Great Job.
