It sounds like you are trying to manage over a thousand repeating tasks. Thats a lot of tasks! What exactly is the issue that you are facing?

It is on our to-do list but we have not started and we do not have an ETA.

I dont know of one off the top of my head that can do this. Perhaps someone else here can suggest something.

If you then look at the URL, the task's ID number will be listed.

Currently you can edit your notes in any application you want and copy and paste the resulting html into Toodledo.

Your best bet is to copy and paste the note into Excel and then export from excel as CSV and then import into Lists. That should work.
