Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Aug 12, 2013 Score: 0 I think what you are looking for is a way to edit a specific occurrence of a task and not have it affect the original repeating schedule. Unfortunately, this isn't the way that Toodledo currently works. My suggestion is to leave the task overdue and just try to ignore it for the 6 days that you can't do it. Alternatively, you can try to remember to edit the start-date back to the original date before you complete the overdue task.

Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Aug 11, 2013 Score: 0 Here is what our iOS app does for duplicating parents with subtasks: 1) Clone the parent and give it a temporary id 2) Clone all the subtasks and give them temporary ids and set their parent id to be the new parent's temporary id. At this point, the user can continue to use your app offline, making any changes to the parent/subtasks as needed. Then, when ready to sync: 3) Sync the parent and get the new id 4) Update the parent's temporary id with the real id 5) Update all the subtask's temporary parent id to the real parent id 6) Sync the subtasks 7) Update the subtasks's temporary ids with the real ids. hope that helps, Jake

To do this, each work task would need a context of "work" and each home task would have a context of "home". If you are already using the context field, you could use tags instead and filter on tags.

This is because a task cannot appear more than once on the page. If you want to see the tag inside the individual tags, please use the tag view and click on them individually on the left side of the page.

This is because whenever you sync, Toodledo modifies the record stored on our server and our server is authoritative. If apps controlled the modification date, then you could see a situation where a bad app could set the modified date to an incorrect value, which would cause other apps to sync it incorrectly. This is why Toodledo controls the modification date.
