On the left side of the page, you can click on the different options for showing ranges of due-dates.

The tag cloud will correctly understand that "work" and "Work" and even "WoRk" are the same tag, but it has no way to know what the correct capitalization is if you mix them. It will just use the first one that it sees. If you change all of your "work" tags to "Work", then Toodledo will update the tag cloud. You can use our advanced search function to do this. Be sure to change all the completed tasks too.

There is no "start date" view, but you could use our saved search tool to replicate this in the search section.

Here are some before and after shots of the redesign and the new redesign.



As you can see, we add back in some color, increased the contrast, tweaked the font sizes and got more information to fit on the screen. We are just putting the finishing touches on it right now and double testing everything. It should be ready to submit to Apple very soon.

Yes, if you go into the sharing setup page (under the Tools menu) you can select which folders the colleague can see.

The only way to do this is to make multiple copies of the task that all repeat daily at the specified times. The quickest you can repeat a task is daily.

It sounds like you have a filter that is hiding the tasks. Tap where it says "Hidden Tasks" at the top left of your list and turn off any filters that might be interfering.

For the iPhone calendar use the _apple one. For iCal on your mac desktop use the _combo one. If you have trouble getting it to work, please open a support ticket and we can help further.

It needs to have a due-date to repeat properly. If you really want a daily task without a due-date, then you will need to clone the task and then check off the clone.

Yes, you can just drag and drop the subtask from one parent task to the other.

Unfortunately, It looks like the 3rd Outlook sync tool has deleted your notes. We cannot support 3rd party apps that misbehave, so please contact the company that makes the tool you are using for assistance. You may be able to recover your notes from within Outlook.

If you have a Toodledo backup, you can always restore using that: http://www.toodledo.com/tools/connect_backup.php

If you create a support ticket we may be able to assist further.

We will try to provide more context in the future. For now, the only thing to do will be to open the app and try to find where the text appears, which I know is tedious.

"Recent" is the heading for button you can press to reveal a menu of options for viewing tasks (recently added, recently completed and recently modified).

"Any" is a prefix used to take you to certain lists "Any Folder, Any Due-Date, etc"

Yes, make a search for that particular category and then you can use your browser's built in print function to print the list.
