Since iOS now provides an easily accessible rotation lock in the "double tap tray", we are going to be removing our rotation lock setting in a future update.

Try finding the original source and then look for uninstall instructions.

It could be that you are reloading the page with F5 before the app has had a chance to save your checkmark. Try giving it a few seconds before you refresh and see if that helps.

If you ever need to restore it and the file is larger than 4MB, you can contact us via a support ticket and we will be happy to assist you. Larger than 4MB and our servers have a hard time processing the file. Less than 1% of people have this many tasks and so far nobody with this many has ever need to restore, so we haven't spent time on increasing the limit yet.

The problem certainly happened from syncing with a 3rd party app. We always recommend that people make a backup before syncing with a 3rd party app. Unfortunately, we cannot support 3rd party apps, so please contact the company that makes it for assistance with syncing.

This will cut out many steps. If you really want to use Pocket Informant, then these steps will work, but to make step 3 happen you have to launch Toodledo. This is because Apple does not allow apps to sync in the background, so Toodledo has to be running to sync.
