You can try the Pro subscription for free for one week and see how it works. You can even set up additional accounts to test the sharing.

Just click on Upgrade in the top right-hand corner and then on the next screen you'll see the offer on the left side.

Also, you can take a look at the documentation here:

The Toodledo iPhone app does not have the ability to view file attachments, even though you have a Pro Plus subscription.

Here is a topic from August 2009:
http://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/2646/-13790/viewing-files-on-the-iphone.html

Here's a more recent topic:
http://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/14270/-68832/file-attachments-on-ios.html

I'm wondering: Does m.toodledo.com offer the ability to view file attachments?

Lifehacker says that Toodledo can synch with Google Tasks. Is this correct, or are they mixing Toodledo up with a different app?
No. Yes.

You can open another tab in your browser and have Tasks in one tab and Notes in the other.

You can try this:
Create a task that repeats "the last Monday of each month" as a reminder to create the actual task(s) with a Due Date on the last weekday of the month.

Toodledo is a website.
The data is stored on the Toodledo website.
There is no software to install.
There is no corporate licence.
There is no Toodledo software that you can install on your servers.

If you want to store your data on your own servers then you should use something like Exchange Server and Outlook.

Did you use the word "the"? That's the key difference.
(Don't use quotation marks.)

You have to specify "The 2nd Monday".
It won't work if you put "2nd Monday".
(A bit silly, right?)

You don't need to input a Start Date or a Due Date but the Repeat won't be triggered until you complete the task.

Also, the input box for "Advance options" is awkward to use. If you move your mouse slightly outside the box, it disappears.

$14.95.
4 cents per day.
That's how much it costs to remove this "huge inconsitency".

Or would everyone need to pay $30 per year for the pro version.
Pro version is $14.95, Pro Plus is $29.95.

Toodledo does not have an admin type of account.
Users can share some or all their tasks with one or several users, but there's no user who has control over what the other users share.

Best place to start is this Help topic:

You can view by Due Date, Overdue.

What do you mean by "a different area"?

Ah, that's the ticket!!!
Thanks JPR.

I forgot about this setting, which was introduced on September 23, 2010.

The Help topic Explanation of Subtasks does not mention inherited attributes.

We will get to it eventually.

Storing the sort order is much simpler and easier than storing the search criteria. "ORDER BY" is just one part of a MySQL SELECT statement and it has just a few parameters.

What specifically is preventing you from doing this in a couple of hours, other than the fact that you don't think that it is important enough?

on the website I see where you can log-in and log-out, but I can't find this on the iphone app? Where do you log out?
In the official Toodledo app, there is no "log out". You can Unlink the app from an account, or you can change the Email login to change the account.

But ... you will end up with all tasks in both accounts (on the iPhone app AND on the website) if you don't "Purge Data" before linking to the second account. Actually, I'm not sure about this, but I'm not going to try it. ;-)

I don't recommend trying to access two accounts on one iPhone.
