We are working on this. Currently, collaboration is handled by switching between different people's workspaces and assigning tasks to those people.

I would not recommend regularly, purging data and logging in under a new user. This will cause problems with syncing and duplication of data. I recommend what JPR said.

While this is certainly important, it is not what we would call a critical feature, so we have been focusing more on things that cannot be done at all, like mobile access and sharing. We will get to it eventually.

That is half of the puzzle. The other half is to sync Outlook with the website. This website acts as the hub. The link above will explain it.

You will then need to tweak the date in Excel to get it in the format that you want. The CSV export tool is in our "Tools" section under "Export".
