This will make it easier to know which tasks are visible to your collaborators and which ones are not. We have also relaxed the naming rules. You can now use single and double quotes in your folder, context, goal and location names.

Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: May 07, 2012 Score: 0 I think the subtask documentation will explain it pretty well: http://www.toodledo.com/info/subtasks.php Repeating subtasks will only be marked as completed if they are set to "Repeat with parent" which uses the parent's frequency. Since you need different frequencies, your best option is to check off the subtasks first and then the parent.

We have just made three improvements to this tool. 1) If you prefer the European date format (D/M/Y) for dates, you can now send dates in this format to Toodledo through email and it will interpret it correctly. 2) If you place -end- in the body of your email, anything after this will be clipped out and not attached to the task's note. This is useful to prevent your email signature from becoming part of every note. 3) If the subject is blank, the first line of the body of the email will be used instead for the task's title and attributes. There are many good business reasons for not doing this, that I have explained many times before, so I wont repeat myself. As I always have, I am going to continue to listen to all of your suggestions and use them to prioritize our roadmap, but occasionally, I may do something totally crazy and spend a little bit of time working on something that I personally find enjoyable and interesting. I am terribly sorry.

If you want a native application, there are a number of 3rd party solutions that will work in our Tools section.

This is way the calendar system was designed to work with start and end dates. I would suggest removing the start-date.

It is a simple page that shows you the last 50 alarms that were sent on your account, and the next 50 alarms that are scheduled to go out.
