It would be a tremendous effort to allow documents to be previewed without downloading them, and it would only support certain document types. It's on our to-do list.

You should know that it is always syncing in the background on your phone, even if you don't have the app open. Please contact the developers of that app for assistance with this problem since we cannot support 3rd party apps.

Saved searches are not yet possible on the iPhone, but this is on our to-do list.

AppIDs were optional on the 1.0 API, so there was no real support for deleting them. The 1.0 API is deprecated, and has been for some time. I recommend updating your app to use our 2.0 API. Its not a lot of work. You will need to create a new AppID for this and then the old one won't matter anymore.

Instead of viewing everything on one huge scrolling confusing page, we have broken the settings up into two pages. The first page shows each of your collaborators with an option to add a collaborator. When you click on a person it will show you how you are sharing your tasks with them, and how they are sharing theirs with you. We also made it easier to update the settings and made it easier to understand what is being shared. In addition, we have added avatars so your collaborators can see a little picture in addition to your name. File Storage We have also taken the opportunity to double (thats right double!) the storage quota give to our Pro Plus Subscribers. You can now upload and store up to 10GB worth of files to Toodledo and attach them to tasks.

We have added support for the Notebook with full offline support. We have also enhanced the Task section to fully work while offline (previously you couldn't sort a list while offline). In addition, we have fixed a number of bugs. We are keeping the new mobile website in beta testing a little longer because it's still somewhat slow and we want to optimize it to be faster.
