Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Jan 24, 2012 Score: 0 This is a question better suited for 2Do, since this is a 3rd party app. My guess, is that you will need to upgrade to Pro first, and then delete all of the tasks from Toodledo to get a clean slate (use the link at the bottom of your account settings) and then sync again from 2Do.

So, for example, you can make the parent due on the 20th and then subtask due on the 15th, and when you repeat them, it will retain the -5 relationship even though you didn't specifically specify this.

The Notebook feature is a place to keep track of long notes that you don't want to keep in your to-do list. I use mine for things like favorite recipes, or note on books that I have read.

We are still trying to work out usability issues with 1 level of subtask, and we have not figured out a way to do multiple levels of subtasks without adding tremendous complexity to the website. We don't want to add this feature unless we can do it right, and we don't know how to do it right yet. We may get a flash of insight, but right now it is likely that this will sit on our to-do list while we do other things that we know how to do. I am sorry to those of you who are disappointed by this news.

They will get the notifications by email. To set this up, select "Sharing" from the "Tools" menu and then click on "Track Changes"

Most people won't know to do this. For those that do, we have already provided a solution by switching to a Google Calendar Sidebar. We need a solution for all the people with existing subscriptions that aren't aware of the problem, or don't care enough to seek a solution. For this, we need Google to fix the bug. The good news is that we may have been able to catch the ear of someone at Google and a fix might be in the works. For now, please switch to the Sidebar and you won't be bothered by the problem anymore.

This is a good idea and it is on our to-do list. Right now, you can have one alarm per task. The iPhone app will work without internet connectivity and if you want offline support on the desktop you can get a 3rd party tool from our "Tools" section.
