The iOS app doesnt currently support indented view or drag and drop reordering, but this is on our to-do list. To view the subtasks for a task, in the order you placed them on the desktop, you first find the parent task and view it's details. Then click the place to show the subtasks and you will see all of them there.

Maybe. I've never actually looked for that file. Assuming that is the right file, it would be very difficult to use that file as a basis for restoring your account should something go wrong. It would be better to use our official and supported backup and restore tools.

It does seem that back-tabbing from the "tasks" column has a bug. I'll look into this. In the meantime try using the arrow keys instead of tab.

Toodledo enforces SSL connections so your data is encrypted in transit to and from the website.

If you tap on a task to view its details and then click on the action menu in the top right corner, you can delete from there too.

There is not currently a way to show only a single folder in the calendar section or via our calendar syncing mechanism. Its all or none. Sorry.

You will need to delete each habit individually from the action menu in the top right corner when viewing each habit.

Checking the checkbox just marks it as completed. It sounds like you currently have your filters set to hide completed tasks, but you can turn this off to see your recently completed tasks. Deleting a task is done differently as Olivir2018 has described.

All year, we've been rolling out small fixes and improvements to the Tasks section. Individually, none of them have been big enough to make an announcement about, so I thought I would just make an update here now to collect some of the recent things we've done, including a few today that you may notice. All of these improvements are for the new Tasks section ( https://tasks.toodledo.com )
+ There is now a "Sync" option in the toolbar menu so you can force it to sync whenever you want
+ There is now a "Waiting to Sync" list in the main view sidebar which will show the tasks that you have edited, but which have not yet synced to the database because you were offline, or not enough time has elapsed.
+ Fixed a bug that caused a note to temporarily hide if you edit it, make no changes and then stop editing.
+ Fixed a bug with displaying the due-time when your account settings are for 24 hour time formats.
+ Fixed a bug with attachments displaying correctly when a task is cloned.
+ Fixed a bug where clearing a due-date in some situations wasn't visually clearing it right away
+ Fixed a bug where it wasn't possible to add a new subtask and immediately set it to repeat with parent
+ Fixed a bug where the sharing icon wasn't displaying correctly all the time
We will continue with our new strategy of releasing small things as they are ready instead of waiting for big releases. I'll post updates like this in the future to collect all the small things so everyone can keep up with whats going on.

You can use our export tools to download your tasks as a CSV file. You can find this in the account menu in the top right corner.

Its possible that the repeating task you checked off last month didnt have time to sync because you closed the browser window before it could. Normally it will sync the next time you open the Toodledo in that browser, but if you signed out or cleared your browser's cache before this could happen, then those changes would not have had a chance to sync.
When you make a change to a task you will see a blinking bar on the left side of the task, indicating that it hasn't synced yet. When the blinking stops, its safe to close the window.

I got the same notification and I have it on my todo list to check into. I dont have any additional information at this time about whether or not Toodledo will be able to continue to work with the new Twitter API.

Yeah. I realize that this is confusing. Its a boring and complicated technical reason for why it hasnt happened yet, but creating an app-specific password works well. Im sorry that this isn't more streamlined yet.

I tried to reproduce the bug you discovered, but I was unable to do so. Can you please create a support ticket and attach a screenshot that shows the problem? This will help us figure out what is going wrong.
