The best way to backup is to use our backup tool. This uses XML but exports more data than just tasks. If you use this backup tool, you don't need to do any other backups, unless you want the CSV for readability in Excel.

If the confirmation email is sent to your Toodledo email address, then it would be turned into a task. Try looking for the task and the pin number should be in the note of that task.

If the tasks are repeating tasks, then they would be rescheduled when you complete them. This would explain why you see them come back, because they are supposed to.

This is how the app is designed. The grid view doesn't work well in an app format because of the limited screen size.

My best guess is that this is caused by a plugin that you have installed in your browser, or a 3rd party app that you have syncing with your account.

Yes, go into your account settings and under "New Task Defaults" set a due-date default of "today" and check the box that makes it apply to emailed tasks.

You would need to ask the company that makes the Outlook sync tool that you are using. Our API supports it, but Outlook may not.

This is a known issue. The current day is fixed when the page loads. So, you will need to remember to reload the page once after midnight until we can get this fixed.

I suspect that the task is set to repeat from "completion date" which means that even if you complete it multiple times, its date will stay the same because the completion date is staying the same. Try changing this to repeat from "due date".

You can also show the completed tasks and youll probably see lots of completed copies of the task.

I think you are confusing deleted tasks with completed tasks. The "Recently deleted tasks" link is in your account settings on the left hand side, the 4th link down. This list will show tasks that were deleted. To view tasks that were completed, you go somewhere else. This will explain how to find completed tasks: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=86

I do not recall being contacted by your manager multiple times about completed tasks. Please ask him/her to create a support ticket for assistance with any problems they may have with their account.
