This will tell you if any tasks were deleted and why. If you ever let your subscription expire, or temporarily set the "delete completed tasks" preference lower, it will delete the old tasks based on the new setting.

You can create a yearly task on your Toodledo list to remind you about this. It should only take 1 minute per year to do this.

This is because if you set an alarm, but provide no place for the alarms to go, you would never get the alarm.

The alarm is activated by clicking the checkbox that your screenshot is pointing to. To configure where the alarms go, look under Tools > Alarm / Reminders.

I doubt that it is related to Toodledo, but its possible. We have never encountered this before, so I suspect that it is related to the plugins that you have installed.

If you do not check off the tasks, they will never be deleted. I have a task still on my list that was created in May of 2006 :o

We use this feedback as the main way that we prioritize our future plans. Everything we do is customer focused and customer driven. What we don't do is disclose all our future plans. This is not unusual. I would wager that >95% of companies have our same policy of secrecy. I am going to lock this thread now.
