Add this CSS rule: #contextlist .det275,#folderlist .det235 { height:22px;} Based on your solution, I think that this might work without decreasing the font size since it grows the container instead. If you are getting more frequent sign in requests it is because you didn't click the checkbox, or because you have some browser plugin or security software that is interfering.

It is probably the quickest way to add a task to Toodledo if you don't have the browser open.

Here are a few ideas. 1) Use tags like you suggested 2) Use subtasks to break down large projects into manageable chunks. 3) Use the length and timer fields to track total time and actual time spent so far. This will give you a way to see how much time is left.

When you turn on location alerts, Toodledo will start monitoring your location. If you don't have any tasks, then it will never trigger an alert, but it will still monitor your location in case you do add a task.

This is useful for something that is irrelevant after the date passes. For example "Author book reading at the library". After the date passes, Toodledo will get rid of it automatically since it has no relevance after that date.
