Shared tasks are not yet available via the API. You could provide a way for your app to authenticate with multiple accounts and fake it, but it would require that a person's collaborator enter their password into the other person's device, which probably isn't a great idea.

When the alarm goes off, you should see its name. You can do a search for this name and find that task and then turn off the alarm.

Printing is very dependent on the operating system, browser and printer. We are working to improve the printability of Toodledo. If it is working in Safari, then try to use that. Firefox 3 is pretty old. You might try updating to Firefox 7 and see if that prints better.

You could make a saved search that matches tasks in the "Projects" OR "No Folder" folders. I think that will work well.

2Do can sync in two directions. Please ask that company for assistance with this.

If you frequently need to see all the completed tasks for a particular folder, you can make a saved search for this easily for quick access. The reason why we don't show all completed tasks in the standard lists, is because some people have been using Toodledo for several years, and they would have hundreds of ancient completed tasks that are no longer relevant and clutter up the display. If you need to see them, they are only a quick search away.

We are considering making the "recent history" number configurable.

This isn't yet possible. The closest is to set it to the 1st of the month and give it a 1 day reminder so you get beeped the day before.

Actually, you could make a complex saved search that does this right now, but it would be somewhat tedious.

Duedate is after 1/1/11 and duedate is before 2/1/11
OR
Duedate is after 1/1/12 and duedate is before 2/1/12
OR
Duedate is after 1/1/13 and duedate is before 2/1/13
OR
etc

This can also happen if you leave the Toodledo website open past midnight without refreshing. If this happens, try reloading the page and try again.
