We have had a few reports of some 3rd party apps setting the alarm incorrectly when they sync. We cant control what 3rd party apps do to your account, so you might want to experiment with disabling those apps temporarily and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, please contact that company for assistance with this.

This is outside of our ability to provide support. Please try contacting Apple for assistance with sending email using Mail on your iMac. You may also need to contact Comcast to get the settings that you need to enter into the mail program.

You can just manually edit the due-date if this is the case.

Normally, if we have server trouble, there will be a hundred topics in this forum complaining about it, so I am guessing that it is something specific to your computer or internet connection.

If you want to annotate completed versions of tasks for archival purposes, you will need to find the completed task in the "recently completed" section and update the note there.
