There are a few Outlook syncing solutions in our 3rd party tools directory under the "Tools" menu at the top of the page.

The only way to do this would be to get the secret email address for your collaborator.

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.

Yes, Toodledo sees the Evernote note as too complex and ignores the content. This is because the note is sent as HTML, which we cannot currently display inside a task's note. We are thinking about a way to convert note content in a future update.

We will think about it, but you should know that only a handful of people have reached the 20,000 task limit. This would be 10 tasks a day (every day) for 5 years.

You might also try having "design", "build", "install" as tags.

The more tasks you have in your account, the slower the website will work for you because this is a ton of data that has to be transferred between the website and your browser. I am assuming that you are mostly referring to old completed tasks. The best thing to do would be to export your completed tasks to your computer for archival purposes and then allow the website to delete older completed tasks to keep things tidy.

Here is how I do it in PHP and I just tested it.

function postToUrl($request, $post_url) {
$ch = curl_init();
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $post_url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $request);

$response = curl_exec($ch);

if (curl_errno($ch)) {
trigger_error(curl_error($ch), E_USER_ERROR);
} else {
curl_close($ch);
}

return $response;
}

$params = "key=".$key;
$res = postToUrl($params, "http://api.toodledo.com/2/notebooks/add.php");

I will admit that RTM handles postponed tasks better than we do. You are correct that deleting or rescheduling a repeating task will affect all future versions of that task as well. If you want to skip an occurrence of a repeating task, you can edit the due-date and move if forward to the new date. If you want to temporarily reschedule one version of a task and then resume the normal schedule, you will need to edit the task once to reschedule and then edit it again to resume the normal schedule. Sorry.

I understand why you are unhappy and I wish there was something that I can do, but the data no longer exists.

Unfortunately, PI should not have told you to delete your data from the phone because this was the only copy of that data. I am surprised that they did not recommend making a backup first. Unfortunately, we cannot take liability for mistakes made by other companies.

The Toodledo API does support POST with the parameters in the request body. There must be a syntax error in the way that you are doing it, or the plugin may be doing it wrong.

Well, you use Pocket Informant every day, but you never used Toodledo. Our policy does say 1 year of inactivity, but we currently don't do anything until 18 months, so we give extra time.

The data on Toodledo is gone, but you can create a new account and sync Pocket Informant with it and it will repopulate it with all of your data from Pocket Informant.
