We would need to run each search when you load the page, and this would take too much time and make the page load too slowly. This will have to wait until we can find a different way to pre-calculate all the search counts.

I use "no folder" or "no status" for my inbox and I have a saved search called "Inbox" that pulls in these two criteria. 4) Yes, we provide some collaboration. Click the "Tools" menu and then "Sharing" to get started. We have plans to improve this as well as making it available via our API.

Here is the most straight forward. 1) Click the "recently completed" tab on the main view 2) Use the "sort" option in the toolbar to sort your list by completion date.

It is not possible to make it go away. If you are certain that the website is working ok, then you can ignore the warning or add another line to your stylish style to hide the warning.

You can then import this into Excel and then re-export as CSV which will import into Toodledo using our "CSV Task Import" option in our Tools section.

I pulled up a search of mine that showed completed tasks. Then I unchecked the filter and they disappeared. For now, the FAQ is the best that we have. You can also just experiment to find what works best for you. There is no one right way to use Toodledo.
