Can you please try in a different web browser, and also take a screenshot that shows the blank non-editable folder/context fields and attach it to a support ticket? Thanks

This is why a task will not appear multiple times on the same page under each tag divider. The better way to view tags in this way is to go to the tag view and then click on each tab across the top of the page to view all the tasks in each tag.

If you want them to be able to edit your list, then they will need to be a Pro member to.

The firewall is blocking the images and other style information that is needed to properly display the page. You will need to contact your IT department and ask them to stop blocking parts of our website.

To undo this, they will need to go back into that settings page on this website and press the "unblock" link.

On the mac, you press print, and then in the window that pops up there is a button called "Save to PDF". I dont know how on the PC, but it is probably similar. Try Googling "Print to PDF on xyz", but replace xyz with the browser that you use.
