We have had a few reports of this happening to other people. This tool is a 3rd party tool made by Appigo.com, so we cannot provide support for it. Please contact Appigo.com. They may have a way to de-duplicate your tasks.

We have not made any changes recently to how notes are exported. Are you talking about a 3rd party product?

Depending on how many you have, you could probably copy and paste them into a text document and then reformat it in a few minutes.
