I believe that the Outlook sync tool is limited to 2048 characters. It is a 3rd party tool, so we cannot control this limit. Toodledo does not have this limit. Please contact the developer of the Outlook sync tool here: http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/Default.aspx

This is not yet possible, but we are working on it. Here is some additional info about sharing: http://www.toodledo.com/info/sharing.php

You can use a star to mark tasks that you want to do today and then use priority to order them. If you need to schedule individual tasks through out the day, you could try using due-time and then sorting by that. You can also manually sort subtasks via drag and drop if you are a Pro subscriber.

We do not currently have a sandbox server or any way to temporarily lift restrictions during development, but we are looking into this. For now, you'll need to have the token persist.

First, the ToDo app is made by Appigo.com so you may need to ask them for assistance, but the first thing that I would try would be to change your password on the website and then use the new password on the iPhone.

I am not familiar with curl, so I don't know what the -d command does, but I suspect that it is not encoding the variables properly. Maybe it is double encoding them. Try doing the edit without escaping the JSON.

The sidebars run our mini-mobile website which does not include the ability to nest subtasks. I don't know why you can't scroll on GCal. Can you please take a screenshot and attach it to a support ticket?

Yes, the RSS publishes your tasks on the internet for anyone to read if they know your secret URL. The only configurable option at the moment is the ability to publish only the hotlist, vs the entire list. We plan to make this more configurable in the future.

I just tested this behavior and checking off a task with a short-term goal, caused the chain to be updated correctly, and then it did correctly trickle up to the long and lifelong goals that it contributed to. Can you please confirm that you have the goals correctly contributing to higher level goals?

This forum is for developers of 3rd party apps. But to answer your question, yes you can move the note to the left in your account settings.

Let me just clarify. You are syncing Toodledo to Google Calendar and then Google Calendar to iCal on the iPhone. Right? I am pretty sure that Google Calendar does not sync external calendars to iCal. You will need to sync Toodledo to iCal directly using these instructions: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=95
