It is a 3rd party tool, so we cannot control this limit. Toodledo does not have this limit. If you need to schedule individual tasks through out the day, you could try using due-time and then sorting by that. You can also manually sort subtasks via drag and drop if you are a Pro subscriber.

Maybe it is double encoding them. Try doing the edit without escaping the JSON.

The only configurable option at the moment is the ability to publish only the hotlist, vs the entire list. We plan to make this more configurable in the future.

Can you please confirm that you have the goals correctly contributing to higher level goals?

You are syncing Toodledo to Google Calendar and then Google Calendar to iCal on the iPhone. Right? I am pretty sure that Google Calendar does not sync external calendars to iCal.
